Thanksgiving

My dad and sisters came to visit us for Thanksgiving and to meet the twins. Here is their visit documented in pictures. These are not in the correct order, but I'm too lazy right now to try to fix that.

After three weeks in the NICU, Cooper was FINALLY able to come home with us! Happy day. It also happened to be the day that Crystal was leaving. Good timing, Cooper. Unfortunately, Sarah had left the day prior, so she was only able to see him in the NICU.

Both boys in their crib. Crystal had made all the bedding for them. Cooper is in the white.

This was the first time the boys were side by side since the day they were born. Bennett was asleep and couldn't care less, but Cooper was staring at his brother quite intently. It was cute.

Grandpa enjoying every second with both boys. He is definitely one proud Grandpa.

Last minute pictures before Grandpa had to leave.

Our DELICIOUS Thanksgiving feast. All of it made from scratch.

Cooper's set up in the NICU

Both boys bonding with Auntie Crystal before she had to leave for the airport. She literally had one hour with both of them before heading out.

We did many more fun and exciting things, but didn't take pictures of them. I sure loved having my family here. It was really sad to see them leave. Hopefully we will all live a lot closer together soon so we can see each other more frequently than once or twice a year.
