Because G&G Webre have a candy machine that accepts change at their house, finding coins is extra exciting at our house.

We watched Alena one day while Megan photographed a wedding. It was cute watching the three toddlers share a white board.

Attempting to potty-train a couple of three year old kids that have zero interest in learning is SUPER frustrating, exhausting, and hopeless. I am at a loss for what to try next. I feel like I have tried everything. They just don't care.

The boys were dropping the girls off at the airport and Cooper was too cool for school.

Tessa was very happy to get home after our Texas trip. She snuggled her daddy as soon as we walked in the door. Then she played with her brothers and crawled all over the house with a huge smile on her face. The next morning she snuggled her doll that we had left behind while she drank her morning milk.

The boys really enjoyed the yummy popcorn my dad and Imy brought back from Chicago.

Cooper will replace whatever was already in his bag with some new toy, Bennett will just keep adding to his collection while his bag gets heavier and heavier.

Texas Trip (Jan. 23 - Jan. 30)

Baby Cosette Marie was born on January 20th, 2016. To celebrate her birth, Tessa and I flew to Texas to meet her.

This was Tessa's first plane ride outside of the womb. While waiting for our first flight she fueled up on squeeze packets.

The plane was more empty than full on both of our flights from Salt Lake to L.A. and then on to San Antonio. I can't remember seeing flights that empty before. But it was awesome because we had a full row of three seats to ourselves. (We also had the rows behind and in front of us empty). Tessa took full advantage of the space and spread out.

She wasn't fussy really and her ears had no problem adjusting both on the way up and the way down for both flights. Which was nice. But even though it was nap time, she refused to sleep. She just really wanted to crawl all over the plane. It was difficult to contain her wiggles.

But we survived and made it to Crystal's house!

We drove down to Sarah's house on Monday. Tessa once again didn't want to nap, but she did pretty good in the car. She entertained herself by chewing on her toes.
