This summer has been super busy! Here are some of the random pictures that show what we have been up to around the house.
Bennett stuck this bottle there so he could take a drink whenever he wanted while in the truck. He reminded me of a gerbil.

Sometimes we read the boys books before bed. This night, Cooper wanted to read a book to Bennett all by himself. It was pretty cute.
Jason made a sand volcano with the kids. When he turned on the water it looked more like a drinking fountain than a volcano, but the kids still thought it was cool.

I couldn't get a decent picture of the original hug so I made them recreate it for me. I love that they love each other!
Cooper and Bennett were pretty excited about their "ice cream". It was really a green smoothie that was too thick to drink so I gave them spoons.

Somehow we lost Jason's jean quilt a few years ago. We have been really needing a new one for picnics and such so I finally made one of my own. I made the squares smaller than I meant to so it took a while to put together. But I love how it turned out! And the only thing I had to pay for was thread!
After it has been washed a few times it has more texture because the raw edges begin to unravel.
Tessa is only allowed to have her binky when she is sleeping. This day apparently she was desperate because she found her doll's binky and began sucking on that.
It is only a tiny nub! Silly girl...
I really wish this picture wasn't blurry. Tessa is becoming quite the little momma with her dolls. She will hug them, wrap them in blankets, feed them, etc.
You can see Bennett being a little punk and stepping on the blanket to upset his sister. haha.

Tessa woke up from a nap with Bieber hair. It made me laugh. Especially since Justin probably takes forever styling his hair like this and she just woke up with it.
I was weeding the garden while Tessa was playing in the sandbox. I came over to check on her and I saw that she found a nice puddle to play in. She was drenched. Haha. Oh well.
A few days before I got released from my calling as Laurel/Mia Maid adviser I was able to attend the temple with the youth. Well, the few of them that were able to attend. :)

Jason finally built a rocket launcher at our house. So now they don't have to wait until we visit Brigham City to shoot rockets.
Our neighborhood hosted a outdoor movie. It was so fun! And the kids did pretty good considering it didn't even start until an hour after their bedtime. I love Tessa's ponytail silhouette.
A typical morning at our house. They all climb into the recliner and watch a show while we all slowly wake up. (We are not morning people.)

Imy gave this book to Tessa while we were in Texas. It has been a huge hit with all three kids. You "paint" with just water and a picture appears then when it dries to can paint all over again. It kept Tessa entertained for over an hour on the plane and the boys played with it for the majority of Sacrament Meeting on Sunday. I got two more so they all have one now.
I missed my Cooper snuggles while I was in Texas.

I was putting the boys to bed one night and Bennett asked me to get his bunny. I asked him where it was and he pointed up. That is one tricky rabbit!
I started making a list of all the words Tessa can say at 16 months and I had to stop because at this point she is learning new words every day.
It started down-pouring one day while I had my Visiting Teacher over and Cooper asked to go outside. So I let him. He ran out, touched Jason's truck, and ran back in. Then he did it again and again. I love that he loves rain.
All the kids got fevers for a few days. I hate seeing my kids sick and miserable, but it was kind of nice that they all took naps for once! Bennett kept falling asleep in the recliner. I would carry him back to his bed and he would come back out to sleep on the recliner. I think he liked being close to me.
Tessa was trying to take the party hat off and it got stuck around her ears. She gave up and ended up looking like a duck.
