I found Tessa asleep like this one night?? Not sure her thought process but I loved it and made me laugh.

Milo can stand independently now!

Cooper drew this in school. I asked if he drew the world and he said "No, it's a potato." 

Me: Why did you draw a potato?

C: Because my teacher said we could draw anything we wanted and I wanted to draw a potato.

Alrighty then... bahaha.

Family walk

Milo gave up trying to fix his hat and ended up not being able to see for most of the walk. He is such a chill baby.

The boys' teachers sent this cute poem home with their Christmas gifts and it made me tear up in the pick up line.

Imagine that...

Milo leaves his binkies all over the house and then will randomly find them again and put them in his mouth. 70% of the time they end up upside down. He doesn't mind.

Tessa was sick and falling asleep random places. Like the hall.

I love stumbling on this sight. My boys are excellent readers and it makes my heart happy.

Gingerbread Castle

Grandma Webre bought this Mario gingerbread castle at Walmart the day after Christmas for half off. Sweet deal! The boys were begging to build it non-stop until it finally happened the next day.

Christmas Day 2018

Christmas morning Jason and I woke up around 7:30 surprised we didn't have three eager children begging to open presents. We went into the boys room and found them on their tablets like they usually do in the morning so they don't wake us up. We reminded them what day it was and THEN they got super excited. Haha. Tessa woke up shortly thereafter and we all headed downstairs.

Stockings were first. Tessa was excited about her candy canes that she wanted to save for her birthday cake in March. (She later changed her mind and they are long gone now.)

Despite how this picture looks the boys were STOKED about these robot things and played with them for the rest of the day.

Being surrounded by boys at home, Tessa sure loves spending time with her girl cousins.

I was trying to get a picture of Tessa with her cute new Christmas dress I made for her and this was the best I could get. She has been such a stinker lately and is definitely testing her limits.

The kids loved their Toy Story toys too. This is what they asked Santa for Christmas this year.

December Sewing

So I definitely do not document everything I have sown. (It's been a lot). But here are a few things I did remember to document in December:

I made my first pair of pants! They intimidated me so much but turned out they were easier than I thought! These will definitely not be my last pair. In fact, I have fabric in several different colors waiting to be pants downstairs.

For December Bunco I made an infinity scarf with a pocket in it. I thought it turned out cute!

So I made four more for the kids' teacher gifts. I put Kleenex, hand sanitizer, and a few pieces of chocolate in each one. I hope they like them!

I have been make a ton of these slippers for all of the kids (two each plus a couple extra so a total of 10 sets so far). These I made for Milo's every-day shoe.

Found this grip-stop fabric at Joann Fabrics so they won't slip all over the floor while walking.

I decided Tessa needed a new dress for Christmas so I whipped this one up on Christmas Eve.

I was pretty proud of how well the pattern matched up on the seams.
