Bear Lake

I am so incredibly behind on the blog. Sorry! You will just be getting a lot of pictures and not a lot of words so I can catch up quickly.

In August, after the Tolman Reunion we had a Webre Family reunion at Bear Lake. It was a lot of fun to just be together. The twins' favorite part was the playground, so most of the pictures were taken there.

Bennett

I am so glad we brought the boys' booster seats. They ate really well in them.

Bennett's very favorite part was this tall slide. He would climb up the stairs and slide down all by himself. He LOVED it.

Cooper and Grandma

Cooper spent plenty of time in the sand. He loved to play in it, but he also couldn't handle when any of it got in his shoes. As soon as he felt something, he would sit down and try to get it out.

This was the boys' first experience with a "beach". They were a little hesitant at first, but I think they warmed up to it and really enjoyed themselves. We had come straight from the playground and were not planning on coming down to the water. But the boys saw everyone else walking towards the water, so they wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Thankfully Grandma Webre was there to show them.

We decided to go down later that day with everyone. We were actually prepared and had their swimsuits on and everything, but it was super windy and kind of chilly. The boys didn't love it as much as the first time.

The guys brought the jet skis around. They twins loved to sit on them and pretend to drive. But again, it was really windy so the lake was choppy. Not very fun riding.

We checked out the pool one day. Bennett really liked the water and had fun floating around. Cooper was super hesitant (sitting with Jason at the edge in this picture). The water was a little chilly. We did check out the hot tub briefly. The twins loved that because the water was so warm! But I didn't want them to over-heat their little bodies so I only allowed them to enjoy that for a few minutes.

Bennett

To be honest, I didn't last too long in the water either. It was just a bit too cold for my liking. (Bennett floating, Cooper in my arms).

We went out to eat on the day that Grandma Halladay and Aunt Betty came to visit. Of course, we had to get a twin picture. The boys weren't being too cooperative, but we had to try anyway. (On the left is Aunt Betty and Cooper, on the right is Grandma Halladay and Bennett).

All of us eating at the Mexican Restaurant. Notice the three little cuties at the end. :)
