Tessa is a whole year old! What?! When did this happen?
Tessa's Stats:
Weight - 19.4 lbs 44.44%
Length - 28.75 inches 34.83%
Head Circumference - 17.75 inches 55.86%
She is officially walking now. Unless she is trying to get somewhere fast, her preferred mode of transportation is walking, although it is still pretty unstable.
She is constantly on the go and loves to wiggle and explore.
She is quick to smile and if she sees the camera out, she instantly starts saying "cheese!"
She has definitely enjoyed the warmer weather and exploring outside. She is more adventurous than her brothers were at her age.
As soon as she saw this truck she just HAD to climb in.
She has four teeth on top and four teeth on bottom. While four of her molars are just barely starting to poke through. The molars have been her toughest teething experience so far. Poor girl.
Tessa loves to play with her brothers. She growls just like them, makes car sounds as she scoots their cars around on the floor, and even barks when crawling around when all three of them pretend to be animals.
Tessa is good at mimicking sounds. Her favorite sound to make is blowing a raspberry.
She is also good at cleaning up after her brothers...
She tries to put shoes on whenever she sees them. Anyone's shoes will do but her favorite are her own. She is not successful yet, but it is so cute watching her try.
Here is a list of words that she can say at 12 months old
(The underlined ones are the ones she says the most frequently):
"mama", "cheese" (to smile for the camera), "yeah", "more", "nonono" (if she doesn't like what is happening), "hi" (If anyone looks in her direction. ESPECIALLY if you say hi to her first), doggie or "da", "woof", "nigh' night" (when she is ready to go to bed), "dada", all done or "a da" (when she is done eating)
