Update

We haven't been going out and about lately, but we have been taking some pictures of the boys, so I thought I'd share.

First, just because I know that ALL of you have been dying to see the garden lately... (ok, not the most exciting. But I'm excited that it's doing so well)

our green beans

Everything else. Please note our monster squash plant. It is taking over the whole garden. Next year we will be planting it off by itself.

Remember how the squash was completely over-powering our poor pepper plant? We moved the pepper and it seems to be doing great now. We were a little worried that we had killed too many of the roots by moving it, but it is currently growing TWO peppers. Grow plant grow!

And without further adieu, what we have been up to:

Venting... It's a new sport the twins came up with. Probably one of their favorite past times. It involves banging on the vents with either your hand or toy.

 Gardening

Playing outside (in the evenings when it's not in the 90s)

Trying to play with any electronic they can get their hands on (Bennett is reaching for the camera)

 Potty training Cooper

Bennett looking adorable when he sleeps. Can I just say that I love how easy it has been to put them to bed for naps or night time? Usually all I have to do is lay them in their cribs, give them their binkies and blankets and then they are out. Sometimes they do talk to each other for a little bit but then they crash. Rarely is there fussing. Oh, and they are officially sleeping through the night now! Happy day!

Bennett fixing mommy's recliner. (Aka, crawling under it and banging it with his hand)

 Thanks cutie!

Cooper is starting to climb. And he's very proud of himself

Bennett is showing off his skills at hold his bottle with one hand. Impressed?

Bennett just being adorable while Cooper is chowing down on his hand. Cooper is our little puppy. He pants when he is excited and he is always chewing on something

Their toy basket is another favorite. They will empty everything out of it and then just play with the basket... forever.

 Occasionally we like to eat

Cooper has also tried climbing the stairs.

Luckily he hasn't figured out how to lift his legs up yet, so he doesn't get past the first step.

Remember how Cooper loves to chew on everything? Unfortunately that includes his brother. I was doing dishes yesterday while the boys were playing downstairs. I heard this heart breaking scream so I rush down and find Cooper gnawing on Bennett's foot. There were several teeth marks. Mind you, he only has two teeth so he had to have been chewing for a while. Bennett has a red arch and a bruise starting to come today. Poor baby. :( He's pretty tolerant of his brother chewing him because occasionally he returns the favor, but it hasn't ever been this bad before. Oh the joys of having TWO teething babies.

  1. Hehe I love those little bobble heads.

Oh man, now I am jealous! Ayla is an excellent sleeper (she slept 10+ hours the last two nights!) BUT she won't go down til around 11, and never without a fight!

  2. I laughed out loud at that last story. But the picture is pretty sad. :( I miss me some Webre twins. I think it's time for a visit!
