Basement

We added an extra room and bathroom in our basement! This took FOREVER to do and it was a TON of work. I took a lot of pictures of the process, but after skimming through them, I realized that they are pretty boring and most people won't care too much about the process. So I will just show you before and after pictures. I LOVE our new space that we have!

This is your view as you walk into the unfinished part from the living room:

I am standing next to the washer and dryer, facing the potential bathroom, and extra bedroom area. It was pretty bare.

 I didn't take any pictures of the uncompleted hallway, but here is the finished product:

 The stuff at the end of the hall is still finding a home.

Once we finished that part of the basement, we were able to organize the Dungeon a little more. It's amazing how much space is made simply by organizing! We now have an exercise room!

My treadmill. (You can see how in the hall it looks like everything is finished, but when you enter these lower rooms, the wall is see-through. The boys love to run in circles through the open wall.)

Jason's weight bench. And the queen bed propped up against the wall until we have guests that need it.

We also have a storage room! Jason built these beautiful shelves. They make me so happy! I love my handy-man husband.

Along the far wall he built a lower shelf for our bins.
