Preschool September 2017

The boys started preschool!

They had an open house a few days before so the kids and parents could become familiar with the school layout and meet their teachers.

They had a blast! Bennett got to be the explorer (special Teacher's helper) the very first day! He was very excited about that.

Grandma happened to be here for their first couple of days.

Walking to preschool on their second day.

SO excited. They LOVE "preschool by the church".

While they wait for the rest of the class to arrive they practice writing their names.

Walking home from preschool there was a lot of trash along the path so the boys had fun spotting and picking up all of it.

A fun tree tunnel.

Our trash collection at the end of our walk home.

C is for cupcake! (They licked the frosting off and let Tessa devour the actual cupcake.)

Their preschool teachers are excellent at taking pictures and posting them in their Facebook group every day so we can see what they learned. The following pictures are from them.

They do a freeze dance a lot and my boys love it. It cracked  me up to see Cooper REALLY getting into his dance moves.

Bennett as the Explorer

The day after being the explorer they get to bring a show and tell item. Bennett chose to show off Tops.

Cooper making Johnny Appleseed.

They make a craft every time. Luckily the teachers are good at taking pictures of them because by the time they come home the boys usually like to destroy them.

Cooper's turn to be the explorer!

Working hard

For his show and tell, Cooper chose a pine cone he found the day prior while we were at Thanksgiving Point Gardens. I love how this picture shows how proud he is of it. Haha.
