May 2018

It was someone's birthday at preschool so they all got donuts. The boys were stoked.

Bennett, my cheesy boy  :)

Milo is still learning how to focus. Haha. :)

Bennett the astronaut.

Silly faces with my boys

This girl still loves to hold her baby brother.

Milo's favorite spot while I am pumping is right between my leg and the armrest of my recliner.

In this position he can see my face which often brings on all the smiles and cooing. He is the cutest.

Some days it's really hard to get anything done. He loves to be held and snuggled and it is really hard for me to say no.

Milo adores his siblings as much as they adore him. He was smiling so big at his sister his binky fell out.

Sleepy Sunday Morning

This spunky girl insisted on wearing her "Tessa" necklace to church. :)

She is convinced she doesn't need naps anymore, but I often find her asleep somewhere around dinner time.

Mother's day feast. Beef stroganoff is one of my favorite meals and we actually remembered to use the special plate!

On our family walk/ bike ride on Mother's Day, Tessa ran to this tree and exclaimed "Look! A small tree! Take a picture of me by it!" Naturally I obliged. Haha.

Tessa got tired of riding her bike so instead of carrying it, Jason decided he would have a little fun.

Tessa was much happier running than riding her bike and since the ride home was downhill, Jason was able to cruise down.

Proof Milo  was there too.

Tessa's sweet dance moves.

Milo is very much a Momma's Boy so he is almost always clinging to a piece of my clothing while I am holding him. It melts my heart.

Grandma Williams wants a daily update on our garden since she helped plant it. Here is Bennett showing off our cute little sprouts of green beans.

Tessa showing off our tiny little sunflower.

Occasionally during the summer we get ants that discover our house is a crumb paradise with three very messy eaters so we pull out the ant traps. This was the first time this year we had to pull them out so the kids were fascinated. They kept talking to the ants trying to entice them into their "house".  (Bennett and Tessa pictured)

Tessa's happy place is in the sandbox.

This apple had the coolest stripes on it. I almost felt guilty cutting into it.

I have had three bouts of mastitis in a month's time so I haven't had a lot of energy to get things done. It's been rough. Because of this, my kids have had to entertain themselves which includes getting soaked at the water table and Tessa playing in her jammies. The boys are only dressed because that is something they can do themselves. (Tessa can't reach her shirts in the closet.)

Tessa is going through a phase where everyone loves to kiss. It makes me laugh.

Finally pulled the play mat out for Milo and he made an instant best friend. It was adorable.

The boys have graduated to bigger bikes and they are super excited about it. I am excited because they can go faster which means we might be able to family bike rides again soon. We are still trying to convince them to take off the training wheels. C: "Maybe when we are six."

The playmat is just as exciting for the older kids

They got so excited about it that I had to take Milo off so he wouldn't get squashed.

Cute kids. :)

The neighbor was sharing Creamies with all the kids on the cul-de-sac
