The whole point of the trip is to visit Grandma Heintz and introduce her to Tessa. She had met the boys a couple of years ago when they were about Tessa's age.
Tessa got to see my grandma before I did! I was beyond exhausted the first time Vicki and Susan went so they took Tessa and I took a nap.
Happy girls!
When I finally got to see Grandma, we had matching braids! One of the workers at the nursing home does her hair after her bathes. So fun!
I sure love this lady.
Setting up camp to visit with Grandma.
Tessa would not let go of Grandma's hand for a while.
This is the best picture we got since Cooper and Bennett would not stand still.
On Sunday everyone came to visit Grandma after church. It was a party!
L to R: Susan, Lily, Janell, Vicki (in the background is Bennett, Bella, Kimberly, Cooper, and Audrey)
Jonathan, Lily, Kimberly, and Jim
They had me sit by Grandma so I could spend some time with her. I told them I felt like a movie star or something with so many cameras pointed in this direction. Hence the goofy pose.

The boys were not sure what to think of Grandma so they gave her high fives when we left instead of hugs. This is Cooper.
These next pictures were on the day before we left.
I am so glad that Susan was able to capture these beautiful moments between Grandma and her great-granddaughter. Also, please note Grandma's cute little ponytail. I love how perky and happy it is!
I sure love my Grandma and am so grateful I was able to visit with her again.
