On the second day we decided to head up north and hit two sites in one day.
SeaQuest was our first stop. The kids loved it when we went earlier this year so I thought it would be fun to go again. They loved it again the second time.

A few minutes after feeding him, the tortoise decided to take a dump right in the door way to the next room AND then park himself right in the center. We waited a little bit to see if he would move but he wasn't budging. So we ended up just going up and over him and his stinky poo.
A worker came to clean up the mess and offered to let Cooper try to feed him too.
Next stop was the bird room. The kids wanted to try to feed the bigger birds this time. I opted to stay out with Milo and just document. All was well until a couple of the birds decided to fight over Tessa's food and accidentally nipped her hand. She was not pleased.

Milo enjoyed watching the fish as well.
Tessa got to meet a real mermaid! (She wasn't that impressed...)
We had to get a picture of the kids in the same water tunnel as earlier in the year but with Milo on the outside this time. :)
The sting rays are always fun to watch.
And always hungry.

A shark came around to say hi to everyone.
Bennett was checking out the real sharks in the tank so he completely missed this one.
The kids tried out the wind tunnel. It was fun at first and as the wind picked up they started to get a little scared and were ready to get out.
Love this man of mine! Glad he was able to join us on some of our adventures.
On our way out of the mall, Imy treated us to Dragon Puff balls.
I was expecting the balls to be like ice cream or something, but they actually were like a fruity puff cereal.
I guess they mixed them up with liquid nitrogen or something so when you bite into them it looks like you are breathing smoke.
Cooper tried it a couple of times but the sensation was too much for him and he gagged a little. He opted to just watch everyone else try it.
We stopped for a picnic at a park. It gave me time to pump while everyone ate and the kids played on the playground.
Milo is a fan of Grandpa's silly noises.
Jason would push the kids so they could go across the zipline but then they would have to swing themselves to bring it back. It was entertaining to watch.

After lunch we headed to the Hill Airforce Base Aerospace Museum.
There was a lot of cool stuff to look at. Especially with my dad around because he could tell us about a lot of the planes.
The hanger was not air conditioned though so it was really hot in there. Because of this, I didn't have the patience to sit and read many of the signs. So we took a quick tour instead.
By the time we reached the very back of the hanger Tessa decided to lay down and "sleep". ;)
She really wanted to dance on this stage but there was a sign that said "please stay off". She concluded that only the king could dance on the stage. Then Bennett chimed in that it was not a dancing stage. (There were chairs set up on it.) So then she figured it must be for the king to sit down.
Because of the heat and all the walking, the kids started getting cranky near the end. Grandpa did a great job distracting them.
I ended up carrying Milo so the older three kids could ride in the stroller.
